I provide neuromodulator injections for cosmetic purposes, hyaluronic acid fillers for the treatment of facial lines, hollows and to enhance existing features.

My vision is to provide rejuvenation with a personalized and holistic patient assessment that will produce subtle, natural-looking results. I am a strong advocate of conservative treatments, ensuring that all patients can take comfort in looking their best and feeling refreshed without the fear of being over-treated. Each appointment will include a consult and an active discussion about the look you want to achieve!

I also provide therapeutic joint injections using corticosteroids, anti inflammatories and hyaluronic acid preparations. Each appointment will include an assessment of the pain, joint(s) in question and a plan will be discussed to help decrease pain and maximize your mobility. Prolotherapy is also an option for chronic musculoskeletal pain and offered at this clinic.

Hello! My name is Kalea and I’ve been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2016. After completing a twenty- two hundred hour Massage Therapy program, I became a member of the Massage Therapist Association of Saskatchewan.

The passion that I feel for my work is overwhelming and I love the challenges and exploration of learning that it can bring. One of the best things about my job is that I get to work with clients from all walks of life and help to create treatment and self-care plans. The treatment plan helps to optimize the clients over all well being while the home care plan helps to maintain and prolong the benefits that are gained through each treatment. Taking self-care away from the equation is like losing an extremely important piece of the puzzle. Self-care plays a huge role in the journey of physical and emotional wellness. I take pride as an RMT in being a part of that journey, and enjoy sharing my knowledge that is pertinent to proper body mechanics and movement, self treatment instructions, strength training, stretching to improve flexibility, and postural and movement awareness.

Along with loving the work that I do, I have an eagerness to teach many different types of strengthening and stretching techniques that I have learned over the years. Participating in a 200 hour yoga teacher training program through Sublime School of Yoga has helped to add many new and wonderful teachings to my repertoire!

Through continued education seminars I have had the privilege of extending my training in the John F. Barnes Method of Myofascial Release. The Massage Therapy modality of Myofascial Release is the backbone of my practice and I immensely enjoy what it has to offer. It is a modality that has benefited me personally due to my own injuries and through experiencing such extraordinary healing brought on by the work, I want nothing more than to help others find balance in both mind and body. It brings me happiness to share my knowledge of wellness through the practice of massage therapy. I look forward to being apart of your journey to a healthy way of living through all that this wonderful modality has to offer.

I am a Registered Psychologist with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists (#858). I obtained my Master of Education Degree from the School and Counselling Psychology Program at the University of Saskatchewan in 2011. My areas of practice include both counselling and assessment, and I have worked in both educational and private practice settings providing therapy, assessment, and consultation services. The majority of my career has been spent working with children, teens and the people who support them such as parents/caregivers, teachers, and other professionals. I also have extensive experience working in a therapy based preschool program with Teachers, Speech and Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Social Workers to help support children with emotional and/or behavioural difficulties and their families.

In therapy, I most often apply cognitive behavioural and solution focused approaches in which I integrate stories, play, and art based activities. I have a special interest in working with children and adolescents who experience anxiety, but also provide therapy/consultation services in the areas of depression, emotional regulation, behavioural concerns, social difficulties, sleep difficulties, self-esteem, and learning difficulties, including Learning Disabilities and ADHD.

Parents are a vital part of the therapy process. Working with parents to help them understand their child and to find tools to support their child is something I enjoy. I value the opportunity to collaborate with caregivers and other important people in a child’s life. I strongly believe that solid relationships and collaboration are key to a child’s success.

Psycho-educational assessments for children and adolescents (ages 6 to 18) to help understand a child’s learning and/or social-emotional needs is another service I provide. My goal is to present assessment information and recommendations in an understandable way that can be applied to both home and school settings.
